The Cabinet held an emergency session on Sunday to discuss the ration card.
Official spokesman said the Government Al-Dabbagh in a statement faxed to all Iraq [where] on Saturday, that "the Council of Ministers held an emergency meeting tomorrow to discuss ration. without specifying further details.
The Federal Cabinet on 6 month meeting, which decided to cancel the monthly ration, allocation of 15,000 dinars to every citizen rather than a card. The repercussions of this resolution rejected by the majority of citizens and political parties claim the Cabinet decision and continuing monthly ration.
