Sources informed about parliamentary approval of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to grant an exception to the brother of one of the House of Representatives a junior high school graduate, to hold the rank of director general at the Ministry of Industry, confirmed the Parliamentary Integrity Committee that Maliki excludes without specific controls.

The sources, who declined to be named, said one of Representatives intercede with the President and with the blessing of the government and the current Industry Minister Ahmed Karbouli to appoint his brother, a graduate junior high school in the position of general manager, which has been described as a dangerous precedent in the Iraqi state. The sources said that al-Maliki granted a special exception MP brother of controls to hold the rank of director general at the Ministry of Industry.

It confirmed that the MP represents the block that belongs to them and the Minister of Industry, pointed out that the Attorney hired the minister to persuade al-Maliki with the exception of his brother from the controls and set the position of general manager in one of the companies belonging to the Ministry of Industry sufficient testimony prep for the management of this important position.

The MP said Aziz Ugaili that there is no internal system of the Council of Ministers made no one objected to the Prime Minister, and pointed out that Maliki excludes people without the presence of specific controls.

Ugaili said Prime Minister devotes his priorities to win the satisfaction of the Council of Ministers and thus benefit them to serve the interests and achieve his ambitions Unlike nominations bloc. Ugaili stressed that the Prime Minister gives exceptions to those who benefit from it, as his power and influence, but in turn promotes: that no one leave work because of quotas. He pointed out that Maliki forgets that the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense, Interior and National Security and intelligence chief and all things are in his hand and has no other.
