Barzani happy: Baghdad officials reversed the Constitution and the Tigris protect green

Erbil October 18 / October - (PNA) said national security adviser to the Kurdistan Region Barzani happy, Thursday, that a number of Iraqi officials goes against the Constitution and arm himself, pointing out that Kirkuk does not need to force the Tigris but must publish in Baghdad.
 
Barzani interview came after his meeting with the UN envoy in Iraq, Martin Kobler in Arbil to discuss the latest developments in the country.
 
Said Barzani happy in a statement issued by his office that "Iraq's problems should be resolved through dialogue and peace and that the sole basis Iraqi constitution to solve all the problems."
 
However, "but that there are in Baghdad of acting opposite the Constitution and trying to arm themselves and to send troops to areas withheld from the region."
 
He Barzani happy to Tigris Operations Command said it had sent without the consent of the Iraqi Council of Representatives as well as the Council of Ministers and that the move "unconstitutional."
 
Barzani said, "that if they want these forces to restore security and stability to Kirkuk is better for them to send these troops to Baghdad to maintain the security of the capital because he is so far to protect the Green Zone in Baghdad have not been successful."
 
With regard to Kirkuk Barzani happy stressed that "the Iraqi constitution in Article 140 develop effective solutions to this problem," he said, adding that "the people of Kirkuk should decide the fate of their city."
 
Turn Kuebler said that "the United Nations is trying to calm the political situation in Iraq, especially to address the problems between Baghdad and Erbil," hoping that "elections are in Kirkuk successfully if provincial elections were held in Iraq."
