Mayahi urges Maliki to form Majority Government
Friday, 28 September 2012 21:21 | | |

Baghdad (AIN) –MP Aziz Sharif al-Mayahi, a leader within the White Bloc, called upon the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki to "Resolve the government of national partnership and form a majority government."

Friday, MP Mayahi said in a statement to All Iraq News Agency (AIN), that "The current government, that is supposed to be a government of partnership and cooperation to build the country, became paralyzed and unable to provide basic services for the Iraqi people due to being controlled by the will of some known blocs."

He added that "Maliki is required today to break the partnership with the forces that work to serve foreign agendas through blocking any project to serve the Iraqi people, and head to form a majority government in cooperation with the national forces that prefer the interest of the country."
