Talabani heads to Arbil next Tuesday for meetings with Kurdish forces

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} leave President Jalal Talabani on Tuesday Sulaimaniyah province, heading to Arbil to the conduct of the meetings with the Kurdish parties.
