Ministry of planning 84 billion dinars to support microcredit Fund project for the poor which is implemented by the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs and the Director-General of the national strategy for poverty alleviation to Murat that najlaa "Technical Committee for poverty reduction strategy put controls and appropriate mechanisms for the implementation of the programme of lending to poor people in seven provinces are the poorest." The planning Ministry said earlier that it had begun to prepare a survey of the needs of ministries and bodies not related to Ministry to the competences and educational levels. And the Ministry of planning earlier 140 billion dinars to build 164 schools in Iraq under the national strategy for poverty represented by three pillars economy, health and education.
