After meeting and iftar with the delegation, Hosseini told Kurdpress that a large trade delegation from Erbil will visit the Islamic Republic of Iran after Ramadan.

He added the delegation will meet with Iranian commerce and trade chambers and senior officials and sign several "decisive" agreements to boost the trade exchange volume.

Hosseni did not provide further details.

"We are happy that day by day our relations with Iran are progressing more," said Dara Jalil Khayyat, head of the Kurdistan Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, who was also invited to yesterday's iftar feast.
