He told the Baghdad international news today: "The Kuwaiti government will cooperate with Iraq to open many areas and provide real support at all levels needed by Iraq and its people and work to end the sanctions imposed on it."
He explained: "The Arab states formed a unified security system like NATO to protect the Arab situation and help in the fight against terrorism and the promotion of economic reality by developing a strategy similar to the European market and the expansion of the cultural, social and practical integration between Arab countries."
He called on the Iraqi political parties to "calm and away from the tensions and provocations that adversely affect the position of Iraq before the State and undermine what we're aiming for
