Baghdad {: News} Euphrates Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the Preparatory Committee for the national meeting to be held soon to complete its work as soon as possible.

Maliki said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates} News on Friday, a copy of "There is an urgent need to review all issues and matters relating to the building of the Iraqi state post-withdrawal of U.S. troops."

The national meeting called by President Jalal Talabani and held five preparatory meetings have not been up to now determine his agenda .

He renewed his call for President Wazzra to hold the meeting in the first week of next month, a week following the Arab Summit in Baghdad.

That's what I want to hear.....we need that National Conference now -- not after the Arab Summit! No more excuses. (How is this guy able to sustain his power?)

Maybe they will pull a rabbit out of their hat before the weekend is over.
