Baghdad: Ahmed Naseer revealed a parliamentary source for the Iraqi government raised the Parliament a draft for approval to the international convention on the protection of foreign investors and, will call soon to make amendments to a new Iraqi investment law to be compatible with the present Convention.

And the source (citizen) on condition of anonymity that the government Iraq has recently submitted a draft for the ratification of the international convention on resolving the issues between foreign investors and governments, explaining that this agreement is very old and began in the mid-fifties, and most countries that rely on foreign investment teamed Talleha pressure of the same investors, as it will provide a cover of an international legal protection money Almstthmrn in any country Mnazavi underneath.

The source continued that after the ratification of this Convention would be the right of the foreign investor, whether a natural person or legal entity of any company lawsuits in the courts of a truly international destinations Iraq. He said there is opposition within the Economic and Investment, on the ratification of the this Agreement as it would conflict with some provisions of other laws to be modified in the case of Iraq, including teaming clauses governing the government's relationship with foreign investors and ways of resolving differences.
