Criticized the independent leadership of the Kurdistan Alliance Mahmoud Othman visits Nujaifi State without the consent of Parliament.
Osman said Najafi travel to represent the parliament without the knowledge of parliament and Analm what is being discussed and that his visits to many of this style.

Othman added that this approach is not limited to Najafi, but it also includes the heads of parliamentary committees and the House of Representatives who travel and those visits was surprised by the media.

Osman, described this approach as a negative and needs to be corrected because it feels marginalized Parliament
