انعقاد القمة العربية في بغداد لن يكون سهلا، فنظرة محايدة الى ما يجري في العالم العربي تشير الى أن الدول العربية جميعا تمر في أوضاع ليست طيبة، سواء منها الدول المستقرة، نسبيا، أم الدول التي تضطرم بها ثورات، أو نتائج ثورات، لم تحسم توجهاتها السياسية، والاجتماعية، حتى هذه اللحظة.
