Qar proceed with the registration and distribution of forms for compensation covered by Article 140

Council proceeded to Dhi Qar on Monday, the registration and distribution of forms for the compensation of those affected and displaced people of the province under Article 140 of the constitution for the disputed areas.

The Chairman of the Committee of Martyrs and affected in the Council Razak Al-Saadawi, told News} {Euphrates on Monday that "the Office of Article 140 proceeded to record and distribute forms for the compensation of those affected and displaced people of Dhi Qar, inside and outside Iraq."

Saadawi said that "the first meal that received the awards included the displaced outside Iraq in the Arab countries only."

Musharraf has announced offices of the center and south of the Higher Committee in charge of the implementation of Article 140 of the Iraqi constitution, Mohammed Aloasm, earlier, that half a million families of the sons of the center and south, covered damages the article on the disputed areas, and families affected by the material of the policies the Baath Party will be compensated for the amount of 10 million dinars with a piece of land
