The Visa Direct service is a special service for direct financial transfer to the bank's customers in Iraq, which was launched digitally, for the first time through a special application, and

Counselor Mazhar Muhammad Saleh recited the speech of the Prime Minister "Muhammad Shi'a Al -Sudani", represented by him during the official announcement of the launch of the service in the capital, Baghdad, by saying that
 
"the ministerial program attaches importance in developing digital payment systems in our country."  He added,
 
"Iraq is in urgent need of preparing and preparing all stakeholders in the electronic payment system to ensure the full adoption of digital technology," noting that
 
"some express reluctance to use electronic payment technology as well as the difficulties faced by technological services providers in displaying products to display stable products And effective. " The government advisor stressed,

In turn, the governor of the Central Bank, Ali Al -Alaq, stressed that
 
"the transformation from the monetary economy to the digital economy is a great task in a country that has been very late in keeping pace with developments in the field of financial technologies." He added,
 
"The world is heading with very rapid changes and 


the financial and banking sector is the procession and the follower of these developments and tries to invest in more than the rest of the other sectors," noting that
 
"the financial and banking sector is based on speed, accuracy and costs, and
 
financial purifiers can provide this financial sector Advantages. He continued,
 
"We are now engaged in a large program and a wide and comprehensive strategy and in coordination and direct support from the Prime Minister" Mohamed Shi'a Al -Sudani "who keeps pace with us in continuous meetings this aspect." On the other hand, the Vice President and Regional Director of North Africa announced a Visa Company, Laila Sarhan, that it will be close to Visa official office in Iraq, "and noted that
