The Board of Directors of the Center for Banking Studies holds its second meeting for the year 2023

The Board of Directors of the Center for Banking Studies at the Central Bank of Iraq held its second meeting for the current year 2023, headed by the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Ammar Hamad Khalaf, and the Council discussed the issues on its agenda.
The Council approved its training plan for the Studies Center for the coming year, 2024, as well as approving the planning budget for next year, in addition to approving the Center’s final accounts for the current fiscal year, 2022.
For his part, the Director General of the Center and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Bassem Abdel Hadi Hassan, gave a detailed presentation of the Center’s findings regarding training cooperation with counterpart institutions in Arab and foreign countries.
Meanwhile, the Council granted the Center’s Director General some powers related to the Center’s Board of Directors in accordance with Law No. 36 of 1999.
