Human capital is one of the most important capital for any country, due to the achievements it achieves, through which it is possible to develop the economy, agriculture, industry, trade and all sectors of life, and change the lived reality for the better in a way that achieves progress for society and ensures sustainable development for it.
On the economic side, there is no doubt that the interest in developing the educational aspects of human capital in society, refining its skills and enhancing its expertise in various specializations in the fields of business that contribute to the development and sustainability of economic efforts in the country is a critical factor in the development and prosperity of the economy.
Human development is concerned with working on developing the educational levels of members of society, in a way that makes them comparable to the technological and scientific developments prevailing at the present time.
It is also concerned with everything that would provide a decent life for them by improving the living, living, health and environmental conditions.
Also, attention to the educational aspects of human capital is enough to motivate it to develop and innovate, which positively affects the production process and contributes to the emergence of new products due to the efficient and creative human factor.
In addition, the development of human capital contributes to reducing unemployment rates to low rates due to the rehabilitation of manpower.
Educated, skilled and innovative people and their ability to work in the diverse modern productive markets, which are based on rapid technological development and innovation, which enables the maintenance of current production and its supply with new products capable of competing in the markets and achieving increasing economic and financial gains.
The educated skilled labor that is characterized by
keeping pace with modern technological and scientific developments and
capable of creativity in the increasingly developed productive fields,
due to the acceleration of the pace of changes brought about by digital technology, which has left its effects in various industries in the modern digital economies, is the one who can raise the productivity rate of the economic sectors and achieve Productive intensity and distinct quality,
which gives the national economy the characteristics of abundance and qualitative distinction and keeping pace with modern technological developments.
It is obvious that raising the productive levels of human capital will contribute to increasing its financial income,
which is reflected in the national wealth in general and helps to distribute it in a more equitable manner,
which contributes to less class inequality and reducing poverty,
which is what human development aims at in society.
This requires the competent authorities in our country to pay the most attention to the field of human development, because of
its role in developing the national economy,
increasing productivity and
achieving increased financial resources that achieve economic prosperity.
