Al-Shammari said for the Agency (news): The necessary require delivery of the ration card to the private sector as a result of the inability of the government of the Ministry of Commerce to provide card items to consumers that the private sector wants to earn money thereby acting utmost effort to provide a vocabulary all, and demanded Shammari constantly working ration card as it contains the essential items needed by the Iraqi family simple and can not be cancel any "form", adding: if it were to be abolished, there is no key alternatives to replace the ration card, and emphasized the importance of developing regulations and conditions on the private sector that can help set the ration card against certain benefits for the arrival of food supplies to the citizen and on time, pointing out that, if canceled, there is no key alternatives to replace the ration card, and warned the economic expert from the distribution of cash alternative to the ration card items because it leads to increased inflation in local markets with high food prices, and confirmed by the Ministry of Commerce, in Earlier, the ration card will be canceled in 2014 and focus among poor families only, while revealed a new mechanism to improve the ration card items during the current period, is noteworthy that most Iraqis depend for food fundamental to what they get from the ration card since the start of the economic sanctions Iraq in 1991, and include vocabulary ration items such as rice, flour, vegetable oil, sugar, tea, washing powder, soap, milk powder (for adults), and powdered milk (for children), pulses lentils, beans, chickpeas, and others.
