28/11/2011 | (Voice of Iraq) - Add comments - Baghdad / However - Maher Abdel-Latif said the Office of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces continued follow-up process of the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq, revealing the presence of less than 20 thousand U.S. troops are preparing to evacuate the middle or end of next month . An official source at the office, the reporter and the news agency the future, said: "What remains of these forces exist in Baghdad and other provinces," denying the withdrawal of all U.S. forces ahead of schedule. " He added that "the withdrawal process come to an end with the evacuation of military bases and handed over to the side Iraq, as well as for sending heavy machinery to U.S. bases in Kuwait. " He explained that "the rest of the soldiers, which represents 6% of the number of troops which had been present in Iraq in the past," adding that "what remains of the soldiers would withdraw in the form of payments until the end of the year 2011, to be announced after the delivery of all rules, land and premises occupied by the Americans and their removal from the country by the date specified on 31/12/2011. " The Prime Minister called on the name to meet the day to complete Iraqi sovereignty concurrent with the withdrawal of Another U.S. soldier from Iraq by end of this year.
