The head of the Technical Committee of the Commission on Article 140, Muhammad Khalil al-Jubouri in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "the Committee, opened the door to apply for Iraqis abroad who confiscated their property, to submit to it and get the forms for people affected covered by article 140 of the constitution. " He added Jubouri, that "the Commission identified three months to submit applications until the end of the year 2011," calling on "Iraqis affected abroad to take advantage of this decision." He Jubouri that "the Commission has been able during the last term of spending some 172 billion dinars compensation to the Arabs coming to Kirkuk from other governorates, and Kurds deported them, "noting that" the number at 2480 by 480 of the deportees and 2000 Arab expatriates.
