The Director General, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Government of the Territory Aziz Ibrahim said in remarks made during his participation in the Erbil International Fair being, that "the Erbil will see in 21 to 24 of this month the launch of the exhibition Iraqi agricultural food fourth." Ibrahim said that "the exhibition will see participation of 350 companies from 21 countries (Finland, UAE, Italy, India, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Cypriot, Germany, the Netherlands, Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Poland, Egypt, Pakistan, in addition to Iraq), "noting that" a number of those countries involved for the first time in the exhibition. " For his part, said Director General for Planning Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources Government of the Territory Anwar Omar (Rn), that "The ministry oversees for the second year in a row on the exhibition, Iraq's agricultural food in Arbil," pointing to "the adoption of the ministry during the past three years strategic plan for the advancement of the agricultural sector in the region. " Omar continued that "The ministry is seeking to return the region to its basket of agricultural products for the whole of Iraq as it was in the eighties of the last century."
