Russian energy: to balance the market should be left Atoaznan supply and demand in the long term

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that the best way to address the imbalance in the global oil market is to let supply and demand Atoaznan in the long term.
"The market situation today is very difficult and supply exceeds demand."
He added "the best possible and most efficient ways to achieve the market, which will benefit the long-term balance is to let supply and demand Atoaznan using market instruments."
"Today production quantities do not grow at the rate it is happening usual low volumes of production ... It may take some time before the balance of the market itself."
Novak also said that the next meeting of experts from outside OPEC is expected to be held in mid-December.
Novak was speaking on the sidelines of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries in the Iranian capital Tehran.
