Iraqi parliament began on Tuesday, the first reading of the draft budget law for fiscal 2016, while the presidency of the Council decided to postpone the vote on the draft legal freedom of expression and the Martyrs Foundation.

The House of Representatives held on Tuesday morning, under the chairmanship of its 35th Saleem al-Jubouri and the presence of 228 deputies.
