Twilight News Provincial Council / Dhi Qar announced on Monday that Iranian companies have submitted bids for the province to invest in the field of energy, including the construction of power stations contribute to solving the problem of shortage in the supply of energy.
The head of the provincial council, Hamid Naeem Gazan, responded in a statement to Twilight News, that a group of Iranian companies visited the province and met with him and members of the Board and discussed with them the possibility of its contribution to the implementation of several investment projects.
He added that the delegation presented investment presentations in the field of electric power and declared the readiness of companies to build power stations contribute to resolving the electricity crisis plaguing the province, noting that the committees of energy and art in the Council will prepare a study to be presented to the Commission for General for offers companies before they are approved, noting The study will focus on the cost and duration of the achievement and the realization of companies.
President of the Council stressed that the province has all the ingredients that qualify it to be a fertile ground for investment and a factor encouraging global investment firms, especially in the implementation of strategic projects that are lacking in the province.
He Gazan that the local government will support investment in the light of the financial crisis faced by the country, which is the best solution to the crisis, and will ease the burden on the state and will provide job opportunities for the people of the province.
