There is no truth to the allegation of Baghdad for lack of financial liquidity

that the financial liquidity of traded inside Iraq, amounting to about 30 trillion dinars,

the government receive oil revenues in dollars, and then convert that currency to local currency, including staff salaries and expenses and other behavior.
