Iraqi Kurdistan parliament approved the budget of the Region for 2011
The Parliament of Kurdistan Iraq yesterday, headed by Dr. Kamal Kirkuki President of the Parliament of Kurdistan-Iraq, presided at the regular twenty-fourth of the second legislative term for the second year of the electoral cycle, the third, during the meeting which was attended by the Minister of Finance and Deputy Minister, the President of Parliament program of the meeting, which included continuing to discuss the draft budget law of the Territory to 2011, has offered Committees legal and financial proposal to add articles, the first regarding the deduction of 10% of the salaries of the three presidencies and special grades, and the other the allocation of that amount to the Fund of the martyrs, to approve the first article by majority vote and the second unanimously, and then view the proposal to add four articles concerning the equality of salaries and allowances of staff and the forces of the brave and the Interior and Zervani and pensions in the region with their peers in the federal government, where it was approved, and was also approved the proposal of three articles relating to the investment sector, while Arts. 26-30 out of the project and on the final provisions have been approved unanimously, and then Chairman of the Parliament the overall budget bill to a vote, and won a majority of 68 deputies, and on this occasion congratulated the President of the Parliament the people of Kurdistan and praised the efforts of members of parliament and parliamentary committees and the ministers of Finance, Planning and Under-Secretary, Ministry of Finance.
