He said Haider, that "the interior and defense in which nearly one million employees, and therefore decided to give the grades in which the mattress only," noting that "the Ministry of Health was the first prize allocate grades budget, through the allocation of 13 000 degrees, and then the Ministry of Labor Affairs social. "

The liberal bloc, announced in the (January 13, 2015), for the parliamentary finance committee to reduce the number of grades of the Ministries of Defense and Interior, attributed the reason to the presence of unaffiliated "aliens" in the two ministries.
