Iraq: Prime Minister complains against the president

In a televised speech, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki announced that he was not renouncing a third term at the head of the Government. He has accused the president of violating the Constitution and intends to file a complaint.
Many personalities policies called the controversial Maliki to renounce its mandate to give way to a more consensual personality, and therefore more able to be able to collect the Iraqi people in their fight against the jihadists of the Islamic State.
