Jaafari: We agreed Jubouri President of the Parliament and Aram Mohammed Abadi and two deputies
BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))

July 15, 2014

The head of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, on Tuesday, the political blocs agreed to assume the MP for the Union of Forces National Salim al-president of Parliament and MP for the rule of law Haider Abadi, a first deputy to him, among the MP for the mass change of the Kurdish Aram Sheikh Mohammed got the post of second deputy speaker of parliament.

Jaafari said in an interview seen by the agency ((eighth day)) that "the political blocs agreed, today, the House vote in favor of taking MP from the Union of the national forces, Salim al for the post of Speaker of Parliament, and MP for the rule of law Haider Abadi, a first deputy to him," explaining "The blocks have also agreed on the choice of MP for the mass change of the Kurdish Aram Sheikh Mohammed to assume the post of Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament."

Jaafari added that "voting will continue today in the parliament to choose the Presidency of the Council of Representatives," stressing that "the failure to reach an agreement on the post of prime minister."

He said al-Jaafari that "everything is permissible with regard to choosing a prime minister, it is possible to resolve the matter before or after the Eid al-Fitr". (AA)
