Diyala (Forat)- Iraqi heroic security forces of police and army , backed by volunteers, managed Monday, to liberate Diyala's Azeem sub-district , from the terrorist gangs of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant(ISIL), Mohammed Mahdi al-Saadi, member of Diyala provincial council, on the National Alliance Coalition, stated to Alforat News Agency.
