BAGHDAD / Nina /-- Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani, said : “Kurdistan Regional Government has obstructed increasing Iraqi oil production.

Shahristani added in a speech addressed to a symposium held to discuss wealth of oil and gas, under the prospect of challenges and future of energy industry, where he stressed that if Kurdistan regional government committed to the Constitutional articles agreed upon with the central government and manages to export 400 000 barrels per day within the national pipeline network of central Baghdad and ( SUMO ) company then Iraq's oil production will amount 4 million barrels per day."
