Baghdad (Forat) –The independent MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman declared that " the Central Government and the Kurdistani Regional Government did not reach an agreement on the contention points during the meeting , which took place yesterday ."
Othman assured in a press statement "The lack of agreement does not mean the failure of the talks, but there will be more rounds of talks between the two sides, after transferring what happened during the talks to the heads of the governments and the leaders of the first line for them to study and take a stand on them ."
He added " each party has views differ from the other party on the subjects of oil and Budget , where all the points of contention raised yesterday in separate meetings, with proposals from the two sides to resolve these problems," pointing out that " It's the first time we hear from the Kurdish delegation as says that " al-Shihristani was positive during the talks . "
"It is possible that Iran interferes to resolve the dispute between the two governments easily , on the grounds that it has an impact on the two governments," he concluded. /End
