Central Bank of the Region-Sulaimani receives 100 Billion Iraqi Dinars

SULAIMANI, Kurdistan Region: Kurdistan Investors Union put 100 billion Iraq dinars in the Central Bank of the Region-Sulaimani, which they collected from the region's investors and businessman.
On this, Today, February 12, 2014, in a press conference, Yassin Mahmud, the union spokesman announced that the region's investors and businessmen has promised Kurdistan Investors Union to put 100 billion Iraqi dinars to Central Bank of the Region- Sulaimani so that they can distribute the employees delay salaries.
Mahmud gave assurance that the money was put in the bank today at morning.
"Giving the money to the bank was our decision not government," Mahmud added more.
The spokesman also stated that a number of the investors have promised to assist us in our efforts to put their money to the governmental banks instead of the private banks.
