Barzani: KRG supports the acts of Exxon Mobil and Chevron in Kurdistan

BAGHDAD / NINA / The head of the Kurdistan region, Massoud Barzani confirmed region government's support to the works of Exxon Mobil and Chevron in the region.
A statement by the Kurdistan Regional Government said that "Barzani met, on the sidelines of the Davos Economic Forum, with Rex Tillerson, head of Exxon Mobil Corp. and G Brayer head of Chevron each separately.
The statement noted "Barzani thanked the officials of the two companies for the work and activities undertaken by their companies, stressing the support of the Kurdistan Regional Government for their work in the region.
In turn, according to the statement, Tillerson and Brayer expressed "their thanks for the cooperation shown by the provincial government and presented to Barzani a short brief about the work and activities for the two companies in the region.
