A source at the presidency, said that President Jalal Talabani received a list of candidates of the Iraqi of the Ministry of Defence this morning. The leaders of political blocs have agreed at a meeting held at the home of President Jalal Talabani, to form a ministerial committee to implement all the terms of the Irbil, including the security ministries to resolve its decision within two weeks. The source said in a statement (of the Agency news) on Tuesday: "President Talabani received a list of candidates and the Ministry of Defense by Iraq, on Tuesday morning," adding that it hoped to send a list to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, during (48) hours.
