Baghdad (AIN) –The Ministry of Electricity called the citizens to conserve the electric power by avoiding the over consumption.
A statement by the Ministry received by AIN cited “The Ministry promised previously to provide the power 24 hours and we accomplished this promise currently through great efforts by all officials within the Ministry, headed by the Minister, Kareem Aftan al-Jumaili.”
“We urge the citizens to preserve this achievement by avoiding the misuse and the over consumption of the electric power,” the statement added.
“Especially at specific times where there is an over load on the electric system, we call the citizens to reduce the used electric devices and lights,” the statement concluded
