Rikabi said (News Agency): the law is an important development for Iraq, especially after the passage of many setbacks that brought economic growth and reconstruction, adding that Iraq now passes by 10% and economic growth are very good compared with the industrialized countries.
He added: the bright future of Iraq during oil production and exports, adding that Iraq needs the advanced unitary development plans responsible Ministry of planning and other similar ministries such as industry, agriculture and trade in order to bring the economy to the national product.
The Iraqi Constitution recommended in article (26) interest in the various economic sectors and encourage investment to enhance the revenues of the national economy
