The Commission invited the parliamentary oil and Energy Ministry to grant the provinces broad powers to implement the projects.
The Committee Member said Furat Shara (IMN), that "the Commission believes that adoption of the two foundations to address the deterioration of electrical power outage, the first principle of foreign investment for the provision of electricity, in addition to the strategic role of the District Councils to improve the real power in the country."
Shara said it "has to be one of the options for the purpose of promoting level which achieves the highest degree of ambition for power supply."
Iraqi governorates are experiencing constant shortage in power supply due to the power stations, where tables blackouts of some cities and provinces.
