He gave dozens of demonstrators in Dhi Qar governorate, the blocks winning local Government 20 days to resolve their differences and work as one team, threatened to organize civil disobedience, demanding the dismissal of corrupt managers.

Event coordinator, said Jabbar altalkani in an interview for "alsumaria news", "dozens of citizens in the Dhi Qar governorate were discharged, yesterday evening, a large demonstration in Central Al haboby square city of Nasiriyah to protest the deterioration of services and the degradation of electrical energy", stating that "demonstrators demanded the dismissal of managers during the demonstration, health services, communications and sewage and thermal energy, gas and water and ur company and social security and the State real estate as a result of administrative corruption in their constituencies."

Altalkani added that "demonstrators had the winning blocs in local Government 20 days to end their political differences and work as one team and accelerate the implementation and follow-up of projects", "implementation of civil disobedience if the expiry of that period without responding to their demands."

Dhi Qar Governor Yahya Naseri, announced on 25 July 2013, sacking Police Chief Major General Hussein Abdul Thi the Queen appointed Brigadier General Shakir as head of the police agency for six months, he promised the impeachment resolution "incorrect step" after security breaches that occurred in the province, with security that new amendments on security plans.
