Wishing them a peaceful month. Kobler said in congratulating the "Ramadan is a time of piety and worship and strengthening linkages, a month of forgiveness and charity" Kobler "wishes that brings this blessed month of peace and hope for a better future for the Iraqi people of all stripes, after the country of many attacks and acts of violence during the past weeks and months."
