"

The two sides agreed to prepare a memorandum of understanding, and focus efforts to promote voluntary repatriation by providing some of the privileges of the returnees.
It should be noted that a series of meetings chaired by the Iraqi delegation was attended by Mr. Alexander Alenkov - Deputy High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and Mr. Jacob Sweet - Director of the Office of the Middle East and North Africa in the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and Ms. Shoko Hmozoa - Deputy Director of the office - Ms. high Khattar - Almhoraleghanona the UNHCR office - and a number of representatives of the International Organization for Migration and the unity of the field operations in the Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights.
