Recommended that the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon to the Security Council directed by Iraq of the provisions of Chapter VII after met all international obligations.


And of the Security Council is expected to vote to remove Iraq from Chapter VII on Thursday after his commitment to implement all United Nations resolutions. The UN stresses that Iraq has returned stronger than the events of 1990, which saw the occupation of the State of Kuwait the bygone system. Iraq has succeeded through long efforts made at various levels to reach the end to close out of Chapter VII sanctions since the 1990s where under sanctions imposed 5 percent of its oil revenues to Kuwait as United Nations compensation under this chapter, or Iraq pledges to pay 41 billion dollars to Kuwait as war reparations and the Secretary-General of the United Nations In the report submitted to the Security Council concerning Security Council resolution 1284 of 1999 he "commends all of Iraq and Kuwait for their efforts that led to the resolution of outstanding issues between the two countries to remove Iraq from Chapter VII."
