{Baghdad: Euphrates News} said Ammar al-Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq that "Iraq has entered a new phase after the provincial elections where the people proved that Eileen does not refract and proved his decision in the future."

He said in his speech addressed to the Iraqi people on the occasion of the end of the provincial elections that "this election was can be Bhly the pompous if participation was greater if the citizen found his name in the register of voters."

He noted that the martyr Mehrab stream and a coalition of citizen believes in that nation derive strength from its diversity and the participation of everyone and we extend our hands to all the winning lists to put our hands into their own hands to build a home and within the program that we adopted. "

He said every citizen has a pivotal role in the new Iraq and that competition between us ends after Election Day.

He pointed out that the dialogue is driven by the engine for Democratic Action and can be hampered by differences should learn from the difference constructive and not destructive.

He expressed his quest to build an Iraq free from tensions and conflicts for a bright future for Iraq.

And Mr. Ammar al-Hakim that the people have spoken and the granting of confidence and should not be visiting and are manipulated its votes, noting that the elections represent the right to life.

And Mr. Hakim face his speech to the leaders of the blocks, saying, "We may disagree, but we must not نفترق in order to protect the citizen."

He said the next phase stage challenges and turns serious, noting that the democratic process is not a winner and a loser.

He called for the start of dialogue and work as a team to move forward, expressing his thanks for the Iraqi people and the religious authority and the Electoral Commission and civil society organizations and the security forces that formed the bulwark.
