The security forces used fire over the heads of people to intimidate them in some areas and imposed a ban on roaming even in other areas and put obstacles and flimsy pretexts to prevent them from exercising their role.

Mohammadi called for international observers to be deployed in all parts of Iraq and to keep the condenser on the largest number of polling centers and to listen to the citizens themselves, and say the word right and give incorrect reports about the realities of the electoral process.

He stressed the need for Iraqis to be patient and prolonging, and Deuteronomy all these obstacles and threats on the performance of the Secretariat and the desired change.
