"All the political entities in the provinces covered by the elections, including the capital Baghdad entered since 7 a.m. silence media continues until 7 Saturday morning when voting.
"There is significant coordination between the Office and the security services which will be responsible for providing security for voters and polling stations.
The number of international observers who will supervise and monitor the elections to ensure transparency with 428 observers from various countries and international organizations and that they have begun to deploy in election centers. Finished/21
