Baghdad (AIN) - The Independent High Electoral Commission decided to impose a financial fine of IQD(50) million on the Iraqiya United National Coalition which is headed by Ayad Allawi.
The IHEC decided to cancel all the votes granted for Allawi's Coalition in an elections center in Anbar province for violating the election conditions.
