"
For his part, Abdul-Hussein Resan that "[70%] of the territory of the province of Dhi Qar are from rural areas, which are deprived of many basic services."
He added, "We put on Shukri some ideas related to the implementation of the national strategy for poverty alleviation having been allocated [40] billion dinars for the province as part of this strategy for 2013, as it will be put in place appropriate mechanisms for the distribution of these funds to disadvantaged areas."
Resan said that "the province where there are more than [211] village lacks mostly for elementary and middle schools, and there are [76] health centers free of health services, noting that all of these problems was to find solutions to them through the meeting." Ended
