Baghdad: the budget in 2013 will be allocated to reimburse projects for the last two years

BAGHDAD / Bri Center for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - confirmed the province of Baghdad, Tuesday, that the year 2013 will witness the implementation of operational projects, investment or service, the fact that the budget will allocate funds for projects contracted by the province in 2012/2011.

The deputy governor said full-Saadi's (IMN) "The province awaiting approval of the House of Representatives on the budget of one trillion and 600 billion dinars joint secretariat of Baghdad and the local government to be paid in order to complete projects that had been contracted with the companies in 2012 and 2011."

He added that "projects that have not been done yet is a major strategic projects include the implementation of networks of potable water, sewage and construction of residential complexes."

The committee recommended deportees and displaced persons in the earlier of those responsible in the Municipality of Baghdad and the Ministry of Municipalities and the Ministry of Housing and Construction and Investment Authority to find a quick solution and an alternative to bypassing and implementation services to them.
The suffering of Baghdad and the Iraqi provinces of severe lack of services due to non-implementation of strategic service projects such as water and sewerage, health services and educational and transportation, as I mentioned offices of inspectors general and the presence of foot-dragging in implementing projects for routine reasons and gaps corruption.
