State law demanding Talabani select position Barzani name mixed areas "Kurdish areas outside the region"!!
MP for the coalition of state law Aboud Issawi President Jalal Talabani determine its position on the decision of the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani nominated mixed areas "Kurdish areas outside the region."
