2013 federal budget includes amendment to salaries scale

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP Ibrahim al-Rikabi, member of the Parliamentary Economy & Investment Committee, revealed an amendment that will be done to the salaries scale, stressing that there is no increase in the salaries within 2013 federal budget.
Rikabi stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “2013 budget does not include an increase to the salaries, but there will be an amendment to the salaries scale to unify the salaries of all the state employees.”
He added “The salaries scale will be single for all the employees except some employees who will be covered by the emergency allowances.”
Earlier, the Iraqi Parliament has completed the second reading of 2013 general budget’s law draft on last Wednesday regular session.
