Erbil - "arenas of Liberation" from Dilshad Abdul Rahman
President Jalal Talabani arrived in the city of Erbil from Sulaimaniya, is scheduled to meet Talabani tomorrow with the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani.

The reporter learned "arenas of liberation" that "talks President Talabani and Barzani will focus on the escalating crisis between Baghdad and Erbil and the general political crisis in Iraq."
A source in the provincial government said that "presidents meeting comes in the wake of statements and positions between the Governments of the center and the region reflected a lack of confidence between the parties, at a time when President Talabani has moved away from its support for traditional ally, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki."
